Self pity

This is the Character defect that causes me the most grief. It is self induced misery. I would like it to just pack up and leave me, If anyone knows how to make it go let me know. In the meantime I will try to practice the opposite , gratefulness! I am grateful to have the talent to grow beautiful flowers for everyone to enjoy. I am very grateful to those that are willing to tell me like it is!
